projects and studies entrusted to 3Es must follow an adapted organisation
according to standardised and optimised operation procedure.
The
primary objective of the 3Es quality policy is to provide their
customers with a service that complies to, or surpasses, their expectations.
General procedures are automatically put in place and adapted to specific
customer needs, which implies the continual research for their improvement
and the prevention of non-conformity.
Our
Missions : 3Es commits to coordinating each study under a doctor’s
responsibility ; 3Es insures that a scientific committee shall carry out
verification and validation of each step of the clinical study ; 3Es guarantees
confidentiality and security of all data.
The
quality system at 3Es is based on general SOPs (standard
operating procedures) that are adapted to each study and to specific customer
requirements when necessary.
This
quality system is based on a fusion of different imperatives and more
particularly ICH (Harmonized Tripartite Guidelines) and GCP (Good Clinical
Practice).
This
approach allows 3Es to respond to clinical research’s most demanding
criteria and to be completely transparent with regards to the services
the company provides. For each study that requires particular procedures,
the complete organization of these procedures is made available to the
customer and/or sponsors of the study in the context of an audit.
