As for Epidemiology, evaluation requires rigorous methodology. 3Es can
propose their expertise to elaborate precise objectives with their partners
for an evaluation, keeping in mind the stakes and the study context :
a methodology proposed with relevant indicators of evaluation and study
logistics.
The evaluation report , in synthesis form with interpreted results, provides
coherent propositions for improving practices.
